Class Blog #3

This is my final blog for this class and i just have to say that I am glad that we were given this assignment. Not only has it taught me to use informal language, but it has taught me that in certain settings it is completely acceptable to write in the way you would actually speak. The blogs, at first, frightened me. I thought you would be grading on grammar and spelling along with sentence structure. However, as i began to look through blogs that were previously written i discovered that I most likely would not have to go through that. I could write just as i speak and it would be no grade difference!

  1. I had the same problem at first. I kept trying to type correctly, but slowly noticed that there was no need. I don't think with correct grammar so my blogs shouldn't be correct grammar. It is an extension on our minds and feelings.

  2. Creating a blog was kind of hard, but when I got started it ended up being easier than expected. The only hard part is remembering to actually do them.

  3. I actually have just started to notice the same thing. All semester I have been writing about things covered in class and have been checking over all of my blogs to make sure that punctuation and spelling was perfect but now I am realizing that isn't the purpose of blogging, it is just to write down whatever you are thinking about without having to worry about all that. It's actually kind of fun and I wish I would have realized it earlier in the semester. Oh well, now I know.

  4. The blogs were definitely a good idea. It gives us the opportunity to see what we all think about the class and the assignments but it is kinda hard to remember to do them.

  5. The thing I like most about blogs is that no one cares if you write grammatically wrong! Can you imagine if we turned something like this in for a paper? I don't know about anyone else, but I would definitely fail the class! I really enjoy the carefree writing style and would like to write like this more often. Does anyone know of any business classes similar to this? Haha, don't think so.

  6. I think we can all relate to this blog post! It was kind of intimidating at first and it seemed I didn't know what to write but it definitely got easier as time went passed.
